Ben handles customer queries and comments while maintaining the high standard of customer service we have here at StormDart. He interacts with customers to provide answers to inquiries involving StormDart’s products and services.

Ben’s ultimate job is to align delegates within the department(s) he is tasked to work inside the company.  He is also asked on numerous occasions to be contracted by the company’s clientele to handle external projects and groups of individuals.  Ben achieves this by correct delegation and keeping communications to a maximum at all times.  This is crucial in any form, sector or method of project management.

We believe that good qualifications for advisors and project managers to have include good communication, delegation, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Emma is the marketing and advertising consultant at StormDart. Planning and implementing effective and relevant marketing strategies is her day-to-day job. Allowing clients to connect seamlessly with their customers is what we always strive to achieve when giving marketing advisory services.

Her role involves meeting clients and staging conference calls.  Much of her work involves being in-office and arranging discussions with clientele.  Emma strategises and implements plans which aim to further the clients’ campaigns beyond that of traditional methods.

At StormDart, our advertising and marketing technique is innovative, with ideas and input from all the departments which is ultimately brought into the equation to create a more comprehensive plan.

Every website developed at StormDart has Alex’s input in way of asthetic design and graphic work. His services, when coupled with the developmental aspects, are unmatchable.

Josh Freeman

Web Developer

Josh, like Emma, attends the University of Huddersfield where he studies Computer Science.  His main job within StormDart is to develop online systems and infrastructures which form the “backbone” of a large majority of the internet projects that are undertaken by the company.

As part of the process, ideas are brainstormed and a pre-meeting arranged with a balance of powers such as personnel from business management, advertising and marketing, technology and finance.  It is here where the decisions are made and the process initiated.

Josh is then tasked on putting together a skeletal blueprint which is then gradually built upon and touched up through to completion.
